Create your order through our on-line shopping cart. When your
order is complete, print it out and FAX it to us at (856) 428-1832.

Shipping Please note that for shipping destinations west of the Mississippi, orders of less than 35 dollars of value will have a sur charge of 6.00 added to the shipping charge that is automatically generated by our web site and that appears on your order conformation. (We are located in New Jersey).
Orders are filled and shipped within two business days. Please
allow an additional two days for custom lengths and custom
terminations. We will not cash your money order, bank check, or
charge your credit card until the day your order is shipped. All
shipments within the continental USA are via UPS. Shipments to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto
Rico and all other countries are via Air Mail.

Shipments to foreign countries are by insured Air Mail. Payment may be credit card: American Express, VISA, Master Card or Discover. You may FAX
or e-mail your order to us. You may also pay by mailing to us, in
advance, an International Money Order in USA currency. Inquires are Welcome from International Distributors and U.S. Dealers for Protected Territories.
Returns: We allow a 45 day money back guarantee (exclusive of any shipping charges). The 45 days is the span of time from the day you receive the merchandise to, and including, the day received back at our facility. Before returning cables, please be sure that you have burned them in for at least a full 100 hours. Without doing so, they will not perform at anywhere near their true potential and consequently, they will not have had a fair evaluation. Before returning, phone us for a Return Authorization number. EXCEPTIONS: Liquids are not returnable. CDs, computer discs, and books are not returnable unless defective and will only be replaced with same titles. Electronic components are not returnable unless specifically agreed to at time of purchase. If return was agreed to, electronic components must be returned with their original packaging intact, and with the owner's manual and warranty registration card.
