to our secure commerce server so that all your personal and credit card information
will be encrypted before it is transmitted over the Internet.

6:30 pm (Eastern Time) and sometimes Saturday (Try Us!). Our number outside the

Ordering by FAX
Create your order through our on-line shopping cart. When your
order is complete, print it out and FAX it to us at (856) 428-1832.
We will call you regarding payment.
Shipping
Orders are filled and shipped within two business days. Please
allow an additional two days for custom lengths and custom
terminations. We will not cash your money order, bank check, or
charge your credit card until the day your order is shipped. All
shipments within the continental USA are via UPS. Shipments to Canada, Alaska, Hawii and Puerto
Rico and all other countries are via Air Mail.

Shipments to foreign countries are by insured Air Mail. Payment may be credit card: American Express, VISA, or Master Card. You may FAX
or e-mail your order to us. You may also pay by mailing to us, in
advance, an International Money Order in USA currency.
Returns
All of our products except liquids have a 45-day money-back trial
period. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase, return it to us within 45 days for a full refund.
Before returning cables, please be sure that you have burned them
in for a full 100 hours. Without doing so, they will not perform
at anywhere near their true potential and consequently, they will not
have had a fair evaluation. Also, before returning product, you
must call for a return authorization number.
